Editor's List: Looking Forward to Our Hotel Hopping Destinations Thanks to My Instagram Community
After hearing constant negative reports and media frenzies on the Coronavirus, I thought to myself how much our minds can be controlled on where our thoughts go. I noticed everyone’s conversation was the Coronavirus, and though it is imperative to check in on your friends and family and console those going through hard times, I immediately thought “how can we inspire each other right now?”
As an expecting mom and owner of Entire Magazine, I chose every day to change the direction of my thoughts from conscious listening then to positive action. In our current circumstances, I know it is a sensitive time for others to express how they feel and where they stand and I chose to be an active listener both for them and my education on the matter. However, I do not let it take over my emotions or mood. Instead, I choose to inspire myself through gratitude, prayers, music, and visual exploration!
Through the simple act of sharing on our platform, we can hopefully inspire you all to travel with your eyes even though we cannot leave our homes. Below is a personal list of my Instagram community of hotels and destinations that I look forward to exploring once all this is lifted! People can say whatever they want about social media, but the power for it to visually intrigue the senses in a positive way and keep us all united even when we are apart - is a powerful resource. Try not to let the negative media take over, through this visually saturated time find what feeds you, what excites you, and share it!
Twelve Seasons Retreat
When you mix a mindful, holistic retreat and a minimal, sustainable resourced design hotel, I am immediately intrigued! Twelve Senses is less than two miles from Swamis beach, the Meditation Gardens, the Yogananda Center, and downtown Encinitas, which is about 25 miles from San Diego. Twelve Senses is on our list of USA retreats to experience.
Torre De Palma
Ah, whisk me away to Torre de Palma in the heart Alentejo and wine country in Portugal! Being Portuguese, I have a deep love for my culture, food, and of course our wine and olive oil! You don't have to be Portuguese to fall in love with our beautiful country. Torre de Palma is on my itinerary next when I am back!

I love Design Hotels. They consistently inspire me and my work with Entire. Both their visual and cultural media shares, travel opportunities, hospitality, and partnering hotels make them one of the best travel communities to be apart of.
